Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChronoSheet Chrome extension, website, and licensing service operated by Yadun Know (sole proprietor, "we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By installing or using ChronoSheet, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ChronoSheet is a browser extension that reads calendar events you authorize and calculates billable-hours summaries and CSV/PDF reports based on rules you configure. You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any timesheet or invoice generated before sending it to a client.

2. Free and Pro Subscriptions

ChronoSheet offers a Free tier (limited to 1 active client rule and current-week reports) and a paid Pro subscription billed in advance at US$5 per month or US$39 per year (plus applicable taxes) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the "Manage billing" link in the extension; your Pro access remains active through the end of the current billing period. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase by emailing support@getchronosheet.com.

3. License Keys

Upon subscribing to Pro, you receive a personal license key (LK-...). License keys are for individual use by the subscriber and may not be shared publicly or resold. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are abused or leaked.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ChronoSheet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any billing errors, lost revenue, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
